Jillian is a complete nut case when it comes to something she wants. She see's something, a switch inside her turns on and she will plot out how to get that thing without costs.  However, no one would realize it until it was too late.  the only thing that keeps her 'calm' was making suits and dresses for anyone, especially the Mafia.
